Skilled Wound Care is looking for an individual to head business development throughout multiple regions in the United States.

Skilled Wound Care is a physician group that specializes in wound care services in numerous skilled nursing facilities across the nation. We are in the midst of expanding into new markets within the United States. We are looking for clinically oriented business developers to expand into these new fields.

You have healthcare knowledge and can grasp an in-depth understanding of the services we offer. You are looking for a position in order to grow into a larger management role in a corporate structure, and also for you to hone your sales, management, and operational skills. Not only so, you want to travel and explore new areas of the United States.


This job requires extensive travel to establish new markets for Skilled Wound Care, part of Skilled Physicians Group. You will travel to new markets and establish new business and discover business viability in new regions. Expect to travel to both local and out of state territories 4-5 days a week. Will need to be very organized and need to keep detailed notes. We need an individual with extensive knowledge in:

  • Health care and disease processes.

  • Health care sales

  • Account management

  • Relationship building

  • Confidence in meeting with corporate clients

  • CRM Management

  • Ability to manage physicians

  • Operational Excellence

  • Financial Statements

Individuals will be expected to meet Key Performance Indicators consistent with developing profitable territories quickly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • 3+Years of healthcare sales experience

  • Experience in long term care and wound care sales preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


  • Salary $70,000 to $100,000 DOE plus quarterly bonus
