We are asking all teammates to recognize and vote for a member who displays one of our core values.

 

What makes Skilled Wound Care special to us is our shared values, mission, beliefs, and DNA.

As our culture grows we want to take time out of our day to recognize individuals who make our team special.  We are therefore asking all teammates to recognize and vote for a member who displays one of our core values.


We want everyone at Skilled Wound Care to vote for each other when they see a core value on display. We will be tallying who receives the most votes in each category and then presenting an award to them in our annual Provider Retreat or Staff Meeting. We will also be sharing stories of our core values in our everyday work lives.

So, if you are a provider on the field and someone in the office displayed a certain core value please recognize them, by not only voting but also writing about what they did. Or for example, if you are on the medical billing team and a provider demonstrated a core value to you then please also vote and talk about that value.
